By registering as a Branch Partner with Covenant Matrimony, the authorized representative agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The Branch Partner Program enables authorized individuals and organizations to manage and coordinate Covenant Matrimony services within a designated regional area, assisting Christian believers in finding suitable life partners through a prayerful, ethical, and Christ-centered approach.
Only individuals, churches, Christian organizations, or authorized representatives with a genuine commitment to the ministry may apply for Branch Partnership. Applicants must be committed Christians of good standing.
Approved Branch Partners will receive access to a dedicated Admin Panel for managing profiles, verifying members, overseeing matches, coordinating meetings, and managing churches within their branch territory.
A refundable security deposit is required to activate the Branch Partner account. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of registration and is fully refundable upon termination of partnership, subject to satisfactory conduct and compliance with these terms.
The Branch Partner agrees to provide accurate and truthful information regarding all members submitted to Covenant Matrimony. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of partnership and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Branch Partners are responsible for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of member profiles within their branch. Covenant Matrimony reserves the right to verify, screen, approve, reject, or remove any profile at its sole discretion to maintain the integrity of the platform.
Branch Partners shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all member information, profiles, photographs, contact details, financial information, and communications received through the platform.
Branch Partners shall not share, distribute, publish, sell, or misuse any member information obtained through Covenant Matrimony without written consent. Violation of privacy shall lead to immediate termination.
Covenant Matrimony does not guarantee a successful match, engagement, or marriage. The Branch Partner acknowledges that the service provides access to the network only and the outcome rests with the individuals, families, and God's will.
Branch Partners are expected to uphold biblical values, Christian ethics, honesty, respect, and integrity in all dealings related to the platform. Any conduct contrary to Christian principles shall be grounds for termination.
All meetings, discussions, background checks, family interactions, and marriage decisions are the responsibility of the respective individuals, families, and churches. The Branch Partner facilitates connections but does not make decisions on behalf of members.
Any partnership fees, commission structures, revenue sharing arrangements, or service charges shall be communicated separately through a written agreement and are subject to change with prior notice.
Covenant Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Branch Partnership if there is evidence of misuse, misconduct, fraud, violation of these terms, or activities contrary to Christian values. The security deposit may be forfeited in cases of proven misconduct.
Covenant Matrimony, its trustees, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, losses, damages, or claims arising from interactions between members, families, churches, branch partners, or third parties.
Covenant Matrimony reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
By registering as a Branch Partner, the authorized representative acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
